Money Back Guarantee
The National Opal collection (NOC) will provide a thirty day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store.
You must notify us within thirty days from submitting your order. All refunds will be made in AUD. We will not be responsible for any exchange rate variances, shipping cost or import duties. All items must be returned in a new, unworn condition including any box, tags and copy of receipt.
Quality Guarantee
All items sold by NOC are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against faulty or defective workmanship.
Payment and Security
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Card and funds wire transfer. We have taken great care to ensure the security of your transaction. All credit card transactions on this site are transacted via a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) using a 128-bit encryption which is the current industry standard.

Transaction Currency
All transactions on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD). Whilst we provide a currency converter on this site, the rates used are approximate only and we take no responsibility for variations. If you pay by credit card the processing company will bill you in your local currency.
Valuation for Insurance Purposes
We will supply a certified valuation for insurance purposes for all items over $1,000.00
Certificate of Authenticity
We will supply a certificate of authenticity with all purchases over $300.00
